To be honest, it seems too good to be true. Generally, so fast weight loss is not recommended as it will also come back pretty soon if you start eating the old way again. Also, where are the proteins and healthy fats? Looks like this diet is full of carbs (healthy ones, but still, the body doesn't stand alone on those).

It may be because your not overweight you just need to shape up. Try abs exercises. Also do not drink water after meal drink all you want before a meal. Continue this diet plan for another week and it will show you results.

Bilaras, I want you to be honest with me okay because I've looked up so many how to lose weight things and they never have worked for me I'm 5'3 and 134 pounds I'm not exactly big at all I just want to get into shape I barely drink water and I'm not a fan of exercising it's been very hard for me very stressful I really need some help on this can you please tell me is this is just a gimmick or if it really honestlu worcls.
