Lose 10 pounds in a week - Fruitable

Its Day 3 of our Lose 10 pounds in a week diet plan. I named it Fruitable day as you can eat both vegetables and fruits on day 3. You can eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can but remember the golden rules.

  • Abstain from using oil, butter, cheese and similar products.
  • Either use plain vegetable or boiled vegetables.
  • You are not allowed to drink fruit juice, only fruit as whole is allowed.
  • Potato is not allowed on Day 3.
  • You can eat all fruits except Banana.
  • You are required to drink at least 12 glass of water daily.

Weight Loss Fruit Salad Recipe

Cabbage & Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
 

  • 3 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 red apples, diced
  • 1 cup green grape halves
  • 1/4 cup currants 
  • 2 apricot chopped seed removed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • ¼ grape fruit
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Take a large bowl mix every thing cover it and refrigerate for 3 hours. You can eat as much as you like and store the rest for later.

Great work cinklair just follow the diet plan as told . Remember that you can adopt it for as long as you want as there is not starving involved.

Day 3 goin really smooth. Am surprised i hve no craving!! No hunger pangs no fatigue!!

For headaches try coffee or tea and continue coz it will work.

Its my 3rd fay. I feel so energetic and healthy! I've lose about 3 pounds :) I'm even doing 1 hour of swimming. Is that fine? and also im addicted to tea with 1 tsp sugar so i have it twice a day. I hope thats okay? please reply asap

tea is ok sugar is not . . Try sugar alternates or honey.

Swimming is great if your feeling good. Just don't over do things.

Thank you so much for the quick reply! Even though i was taking one tsp of sugar i've lost 6 pounds and today my 4th day starts. But from now on i'll use honey :) i hope to achieve my target weight in 2 more weeks of this diet =D I even wanted to ask you that once i get done with this diet then if i start eating proteins and breads etc. will i gain all of it back? how do i maintain my weight after this diet. thanks again

Loosing weight is tough but maintaining it is not, stay with this diet plan and mix it up as you like. But don't do over eating. Keep your self busy with routines and you wont have to eat more.
