Make the magic juice by adding one tablespoon of raspberry leaves or lemon juice in two cups of hot water; mix with one teaspoon of honey. Or add some ice cubes to a rubber bag and use it. Or take a little bag of frozen peas to use as a cold pack.
Drainage of nasal passage
This will help with the drainage of nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to make a steadier slope.

Try to avoid any stress; stress can weaken your immune system making you venerable to infection. Don not travel unless it is very important; Try to relax for few days. Taking an airplane ride with flu already riding you can hurt your eardrums as a result of pressure changes during landing and takeoff.
