So I just started this today. I'm needing to take off a lil more weight before vacation and before I ship to bootcamp. Hope this works. Only thing I'm craving is coffee.

Can you use Truvia/Stevia in your coffee? Can you use balsamic vinegar on your vegetables? I saw on another sight you can use weight watchers yogurt in place of milk on the 4th day, is this true? can we use any herbs for seasoning? (garlic, tumeric, rosemary etc)

All herbs are good but when your on diet you should be vary care full with what you eat.

I'm on day 5 of the Lose 10 pounds in a week plan.

It's been feeling great, and I can see some result already. Thank you! The only thing is I excercise 2-3 hours a day after work, and I feel really hungry and a little light headed before bed. I don't usually eat before bed time. Would it make difference if I have fruits before bed?
